REGISTRATION CUT OFF: MARCH 17TH
Spanning two-full days of intense practice (with a theme and theory development workshop on the evening of Thursday, March 30th), the Trial Skills College will help you immediately improve in your trial practice. Whether you're just embarking on your legal career, or a seasoned practitioner just wanting to polish a few rough edges, this program is designed to challenge you to take your trial skills to the next level.
The program includes lectures and demos on Voir Dire, Opening & Closing Arguments, and Direct & Cross Examination. Then it's your turn - you'll break out into small groups with members of the faculty for focused practice and constructive criticism on your presentation. All practice sessions will be based on a modest mock case file that participants will be expected to master before the session begins. While you present, you'll be recorded for a one-on-one video review session at the end of the day for further feedback.

Hear what past participants have said:
“Though I will take a great deal away from this weekend, Saturday morning alone provided me with more concrete trial skills than any other CLE that I've attended as an attorney.”
“This can only make you a better criminal defense attorney. The Trial Skills College is for anyone—those just starting out or ‘veterans’ who may not have had a trial in a while.”
"It's ten trials' worth of experience jammed into two invigorating days."
