    By submitting this membership form and paying my 2023 NMCDLA dues, I certify that my defense/clinical education/investigation practice is in the area of criminal defense, not prosecution. I will inform the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association immediately before I begin to work in any prosecutorial or judicial capacity.

* The New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association is a 501(c) (6) tax-exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions, gifts and dues to the NMCDLA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. Membership dues may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. However, the portion of dues attributable to lobbying and political activities are nondeductible for income tax purposes. NMCDLA estimates that the nondeductible portion of your dues for the tax year 2025 is 20%. Please consult your tax advisor.
