1. How do I log in to my account?

2. How do I renew my membership/join NMCDLA?

3. How do I get on the Listserve?

New members will be provided with an invitation to join the listserve within 24 hours on a normal business day after paying their membership dues. To request to be added, send an email to Listserve@nmcdla.org. You will be provided with an invitation, a copy of the Listserve policies, and a confidentiality agreement to which you must AGREE in order to be added. Once we receive your returned invitation stating your agreement to the Listserve policies and confidentiality statement you will be added to the Listserve and provided with instructions on how to access it.

4. How do I access the Members-Only Library?

Sign into your account by clicking here. Once you login, the Members-Only menu will become available to you at the top of the page, which includes the Library, Experts & Service Providers Directory, and Defender Wellness Resources.

5. How do I contact the NMCDLA office?

6. How do I update my contact information?

You can sign into your account by clicking here and updating your profile information. Or, you can contact the NMCDLA office and we will be happy to assist you.

7. How do I register for an NMCDLA CLE seminar?

Visit our CLE Calendar page and select the seminar you wish to register for. You may also call us to register with a credit card over the phone, or send a check to:

8. How can I apply for a scholarship for NMCDLA CLE seminars?

Please call our office or send us an email with a brief description of where and what kind of practice you do, and why you are in need of a scholarship. We have a limited number of partial scholarships available per seminar, full scholarships are granted only in particularly difficult situations.

9. How long does my membership last?

NMCDLA dues cover one calendar year (January-December) and reset every year in January. Contact the office if special circumstances necessitate dues assistance.

10. How do I purchase a NHTSA DWI & SFST manual from NMCDLA?

Click here to view our NHTSA DWI & Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and DRE Drug Evaluation & Classification Training manuals. We also sell NHTSA manuals in person at our CLE seminars.

11. How do I purchase a self-study CLE recording?

Click here to view all our self-study options and to make a purchase. NMCDLA self-study recordings are available for download instantly upon purchase.

12. How can I make a financial contribution to NMCDLA?

There are many ways you can support our work. Become a Champion of Justice by giving us a boost of $1,000 by clicking here. Upgrade your NMCDLA membership to be a Benefactor or a Sustainer. Make a donation to NMCDLA’s Carlos Vigil CLE Scholarship fund here. NMCDLA is also looking for hosts and supporters for our annual parties, social events, Trial Skills College, and more. Contact the NMCDLA office for more information, or stay tuned to the Listserve for announcements about upcoming events.

13. How can I get more involved with NMCDLA?

We are always looking for members to get involved with our organization’s work! We also need help during the Legislative Session, with NMCDLA’s annual Auction & Membership Party, Trial Skills College, Balloon Fiesta CLE, and plenty of other events.
