Fulfillment Policies

NMCDLA has every incentive to keep our members and customers satisfied by providing quality services and customer support.

1. Refunds

NMCDLA will, at its discretion, allow for the refund of products purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. If a member/customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. After 30 days all sales are final.

2. Member and customer inquiries

During the pandemic, we are available to provide support Monday – Friday 1:30-5:30pm MT by calling us at (505) 992-0050 or by sending an email to info@nmcdla.org.

When a member/customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer customer support for the service or purchase. Many of the benefits and products we offer are available to NMCDLA members-only and NMCDLA will verify whether an individual is in fact a member and is current with their membership dues.

3. Order Fulfillment

For renewing members, you will receive access to members-only benefits when you renew your membership. Simply follow the instructions in the email you will receive shortly after renewing your membership. For new members, you may purchase a membership on our website at nmcdla.org. NMCDLA bylaws govern who is eligible to become a member.

If you sign up for a continuing legal education (CLE) course through NMCDLA, you will be provided a link to all CLE materials, speaker bios, etc. Our services do not include any products that need to be shipped.

4. Cancellations

NMCDLA does not sell auto-renewable memberships or other services. If you need to cancel your purchase of a CLE program, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your purchase if the request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled CLE. In the event that you are unable to attend a purchased CLE, you will be provided with a recording of the event if the CLE is a recorded event.
