  2. Watch the following videos and review the associated materials:
    • Chris Adams video on Theory and Theme (30 min)
    • Teri Duncan video on Nuts and Bolts of Exhibits (30 min)
  3. Prepare the following:
    • A short paragraph that supports your theory of the case
    • One sentence that captures the theme of the case
    • For each witness, a list of the good and bad facts

Thursday,  November 5, 2020 from 5:30-8:00 pm: Welcome and Theme and Theory Brainstorming

5:30-6:00       Introductions, Assignment of Small Group, Logistics

6:00-8:00       Small Group Discussions of Theory and Theme, Jury Selection and Putting Together the Case
